This article presents the development of Kennedy Model Sustainability (Kennedy Model), a research-based model sustainability, and its subsequent application to interprofessional practice education (IPE) initiatives. The national mixed methods, multiple case study Geriatric Education Centers that led resulting four core components sustainability related strategies is described. discussed in context implementation science know-do gap applied an IPE initiative center.
